We tried Lewis after a family member referred them to us. Chris came out after another garage door service came out and examined the issue we were having and then never contacted us back about parts availability. He examined the issue and gave us a few options to help save us money. He even went above and beyond and adjusted the chain on the opener and lubricated the door and springs while he was there. … More We will definitely use them again. I never thought having a garage door repaired could be a pleasant experience, but Mitch showed up within two hours of me calling, and genuinely could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable, or more thorough!! They had an opening on the day I called with a 4 hour arrival window. They called me just before the start of the window to let me know they would be here in 30 minutes. Took them very little time to spot the problem. They estimated it would take about an hour to fix. Besides fixing the problem I asked him to inspect the doors for any other issues. Always great service at a reasonable rate. They helped us keep the ancient fiberglass and aluminum door going for years and then did a fantastic job of replacing it when the old thing finally died on us. My garage door broke on Saturday night. I called on Monday morning desperate to have it fixed as it couldn’t be closed. At first I was told that they couldn’t get to me until Thursday but gave me a recommendation of another family owned business. That business could not get to me until Thursday either, so I decided if I would call back Lewis as they were the company that I purchased them from. I was … More told they would put my name on hold and if something opened before Thursday they would call me. Less than 3 hours later a break came and they sent the nicest, most experienced young man who got to work and fixed the door. I can’t say enough about how I was treated. I have and will continue to recommend Lewis. They are a great company.

One of the springs broke on my garage door on a Thursday. Called several garage door companies and none could be here to do the repair in less than two weeks. I called Lewis Door Service and they were here the next day. Boy am I glad that the others weren’t able to make it, because Lewis Door Service is a gem. Jon, the young man that did the repair was great. He arrived on time, changed out both springs … More on the door, cycled the door multiple times to make sure everything was good and cleaned up the area. I’m so happy that the other places I called were unavailable because I would not have come across this door service. If I have any garage door issues in the future, Lewis Door Service will be the first call I make.
All I can say is, if you have any problems with your garage door, don’t waste your time with any of the others, call Lewis Door Service and you’ll be glad you did. -

Had minor problem with garage door. Called a few and they wanted to send technician. Called Lewis and mentioned to lady what door was doing. She said that sensor was blocked. Sure enough it was. Went and got remote today. Got home and had problem. Called same lady answer and talked me thru setting up remote. Awesome people but won't shared their Chinese lunch.

I was looking for a company that could help me with my garage door situation after I tried to fix it myself and made things a lot worse. I needed help really quickly as my cars were trapped inside my bent garage door. I had already booked an appointment with Precision Door for later in the day, but decided to call Lewis after reading some reviews. Even better, I really couldn't believe the price. It was significantly cheaper than I would have expected from Precision Door as I've used them in the past. Competitively priced, quality installation and materials, timely installation, great phone and text communication. I had Lewis install 2 10' x 10' insulated overhead doors with openers on my new metal garage. They look great and I can control them from my phone.
